What sizes do you offer?
All prints are available in A4, A3, A2 
and A1. Both framed and unframed options 
are available at checkout.

What are the prints made from?
Every Untamed Studio print is produced 
on premium enhanced matte paper using 
professional archival inks. Rich colours, 
deep blacks and no fading.

Do frames come included?
Framed prints arrive ready to hang in a 
black frame. Unframed prints fit standard 
IKEA frames perfectly.

How long does delivery take?
UK orders typically arrive within 5-7 
business days. Express options available.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to over 100 countries 
worldwide. International delivery 
typically 7-14 business days.

Can I request a custom print?
Yes. Contact us with your idea and we 
will do our best to bring it to life.

Can I get a personalised print?
Absolutely. Custom sizes, colour tweaks 
and personalised editions available on 
request. Contact us to discuss.

What if my print arrives damaged?
Contact us within 14 days with a photo 
of the damage and we will send a 
replacement completely free of charge.

Can I return my print?
As all prints are made to order we 
cannot accept returns for change of mind. 
However please contact us and we will 
always do our best to help.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
We can arrange special gift packaging 
on request. Contact us before ordering.

Are the prints limited edition?
Some prints in our Characters of the 
Wild collection will become limited 
editions. Follow us on Instagram 
@untamed.studio for announcements.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit 
cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by 
email once your order has been dispatched.

Do you do wholesale or trade orders?
Yes. We work with interior designers, 
hotels and restaurants. Contact us to 
discuss trade pricing.
